By accessing or using FrameForm, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the app or website.

Use of FrameForm

FrameForm provides tools for creating and editing visual design concepts from room photos, floor plans, reference images, catalog assets, prompts, and mask edits. You may use FrameForm only in compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.

Your Content

You are responsible for the images, prompts, references, catalog assets, and project details you upload or submit. You should only use content you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to process through FrameForm.

Generated Outputs

FrameForm uses AI-assisted image generation and editing. Outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. You should review generated concepts before using them for client presentations, listings, construction decisions, purchases, or publication.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FrameForm to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
  • Upload, submit, generate, or request unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
  • Misrepresent generated concepts as final architectural, engineering, legal, or construction documents.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, usage limits, access controls, security, or service protections.
  • Disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with FrameForm or its supporting services.

Subscriptions

Certain FrameForm features may require an active FrameForm Pro subscription. Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be managed through Apple and subject to Apple terms and policies.

Third-Party Services

FrameForm may rely on third-party providers for image generation, image editing, hosting, storage, analytics, subscriptions, support, and infrastructure. Availability, accuracy, and performance may depend in part on those external services.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of FrameForm at any time. We may also revise these Terms of Use, and continued use after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Disclaimers

FrameForm is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameForm and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the app or website.
