FrameForm is an iPad and macOS design workspace for creating visual concepts from room photos, floor plans, prompts, reference images, catalog assets, and mask edits. Images and Project Content

FrameForm works with the images and instructions you choose to provide. Uploaded content may include personal spaces, client spaces, listing photos, floor plans, product references, and catalog assets. You should only upload content you have the right to use.

AI and Third-Party Services

Image generation and editing features may send your prompts, uploaded images, catalog assets, mask data, and related project details to FrameForm services and third-party providers that help operate AI-assisted design features, hosting, storage, and infrastructure.

Subscriptions

FrameForm Pro subscription status may be checked through Apple StoreKit and related Apple services. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate FrameForm, process support requests, provide image generation and editing features, maintain infrastructure, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide FrameForm, maintain security, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational need.
